- Modifications: Changes to the reservation (dates or room type) can be made at any time up to 4 days before the check-in date. Modifications will be subject to availability and can be requested without additional charge.
- Confirmation of Changes: All modifications and cancellations must be confirmed by our reservations team via email.
- No Show: In case of a no-show without prior cancellation within the established timeframe, no refund will be issued.
